Good News for Farmers! Farmer Registry to Begin in Rajasthan from This Date – Know the Complete Process

The Rajasthan Agriculture Department has announced the launch of the Farmer Registry Project to digitally empower the state's farmers. Under the guidance of Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma, this initiative will be implemented across the state from February 5, 2025.

Why is Farmer Registry Important?

Farmers who want to avail benefits from government schemes such as PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana and other agricultural subsidies must register for the Farmer Registry. Without this registration, they will not be eligible for various government benefits related to farming.

Where and How to Register for Farmer Registry?

Special camps will be organized at the Gram Panchayat level across all districts of Rajasthan, where farmers can create their Farmer Registry ID. The government has urged farmers to participate in these camps in large numbers.

How to Create a Farmer ID?

Farmers can generate their Farmer Registry ID through four different methods:

1. Farmer Registry Camps:

• Farmers can visit camps organized at the Gram Panchayat level, where Agriculture Department officials, Revenue Lekhpals, and Panchayat Assistants will help in the registration process.
• Once the Farmer ID is generated, farmers will be able to easily avail benefits from various government schemes.

2. Farmer Registry Mobile App:

• Farmers can download the Farmer Registry App on their mobile phones.
• Using the app, they can complete the online registration and get their Farmer ID from the comfort of their homes.

3. Agristack Portal:

• Farmers can visit the Agristack portal of Rajasthan to apply online.
• Portal Link: https://rjfr.agristack.gov.in/farmer-registry-rj/#/
• They need to fill in their personal details and land records, complete OTP verification, and their Farmer ID will be generated.

4. Common Service Centers (CSC):

• Farmers can also visit Common Service Centers (CSC) to register.
• A small service fee may be applicable for registration through CSCs.

Required Documents for Farmer Registry:

Farmers need to submit the following documents for registration:

• Aadhaar Card
• Mobile number linked to Aadhaar
• Land Records (Khasra-Khatauni Copy)

The Farmer Registry Campaign in Rajasthan will start on February 5, 2025. Farmers who wish to avail government scheme benefits should register as soon as possible. They can complete the process via camps, mobile apps, online portals, or CSC centers. This initiative will ensure faster and hassle-free access to government agricultural benefits.
