Get Over ₹50,000 Subsidy on Rotavators

The Rajasthan Government runs several beneficial schemes for farmers, one of which is the Agricultural Mechanization Subsidy Scheme. The objective of this scheme is to provide subsidies for the purchase of modern agricultural machinery, allowing farmers to adopt new technology in farming. Under this scheme, a subsidy of up to 50%, i.e., over ₹50,000, is provided for expensive equipment like rotavators.

Who Will Benefit?

This scheme is specifically for farmers in Rajasthan. If you are a farmer from Rajasthan and wish to purchase a rotavator, you can apply for this subsidy through the state's online portal and avail of the benefits.

How Much Subsidy Will You Get?

• General Farmers: 40% subsidy on the total cost of the rotavator, with a maximum amount ranging from ₹34,000 to ₹40,300.
• SC/ST, Small, Marginal, and Women Farmers: 50% subsidy on the total cost, with a maximum amount ranging from ₹42,000 to ₹50,400.

The subsidy is based on the BHP capacity of the tractor or power tiller (20-35 BHP or higher).

Eligibility:

1. The farmer must own agricultural land in their name.
2. In the case of a joint family, the applicant's name must be in the land records.
3. For tractor-driven equipment, the tractor must be registered in the farmer's name.
4. The farmer should not have received a subsidy for the same type of equipment in the last 3 years.
5. A maximum of 3 different agricultural equipment subsidies can be availed in a financial year.

1. Aadhar Card / Jan Aadhar Card
2. Caste Certificate (for SC/ST)
3. Tractor RC (if the equipment is tractor-driven)
4. Copy of Bank Passbook
5. Land-related documents

Subsidy Payment Process:

After the farmer purchases the equipment, the agricultural officer or supervisor will conduct a physical verification. The farmer will need to provide the purchase receipt and other documents for verification. Once the verification is completed, the subsidy amount will be directly transferred to the farmer's bank account.
