A wave of happiness has once again spread across Madhya Pradesh, as Chief Minister Mohan Yadav released the 29th installment of the Ladli Behna Yojana. Under this phase, an amount of ₹1,541 crore has been transferred directly into the bank accounts of over 1.26 crore women beneficiaries.
The biggest highlight of this installment is the increase in the monthly amount — now every eligible woman will receive ₹1,500 per month, up from the earlier ₹1,250.
Chief Minister Yadav said, “Our festive gift to the sisters of Madhya Pradesh will continue during Diwali and Bhai Dooj as well.”
During a public event in Sheopur, CM Mohan Yadav officially announced the enhancement of the monthly aid under the Ladli Behna Yojana.
Previously, the amount was ₹1,250 per month, which has now been raised to ₹1,500.
The Chief Minister also hinted that more good news for women will be announced around Diwali and Bhai Dooj.
According to the state government, 1,26,86,000 women beneficiaries have received benefits under this latest installment.
The Chief Minister transferred the funds with a single click, ensuring direct benefit delivery to all eligible women across the state.
Along with the Ladli Behna Yojana, CM Yadav also made several important announcements for farmers during the event:
Highlighting the progress in healthcare under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, CM Yadav said that Madhya Pradesh has witnessed remarkable expansion in medical facilities.
Concluding the event, Chief Minister Mohan Yadav reaffirmed his government’s commitment, stating:
“The welfare of farmers, women, youth, and the underprivileged is our top priority. In the coming years, Madhya Pradesh will set new benchmarks in agriculture, education, and healthcare.”
