The Madhya Pradesh government has completed preparations to release the 22nd installment of the Ladli Behna Yojana. This scheme benefits around 1.25 crore women, who receive ₹1,250 per month directly in their bank accounts. So far, women have received a total of over ₹25,000, enabling many to start their own businesses.
Usually, the Ladli Behna Yojana amount is credited on the 10th of every month. However, due to Women's Day (March 8) and Holi, the amount might be transferred earlier this time. Since March 8 is a significant day for women, the government may make a major announcement, and there is a possibility that the 22nd installment will be credited on the same day. However, no official confirmation has been made by the government yet.
Following Madhya Pradesh, the Maharashtra government has also launched the Ladli Behna Yojana. Maharashtra’s Women and Child Development Minister Aditi Tatkare has confirmed that the amount will be transferred on March 8 (Women's Day), allowing women in the state to receive their installment earlier than expected.
When Will Madhya Pradesh Beneficiaries Receive the Amount?
There is a strong possibility that women in Madhya Pradesh will also receive their installment on March 8. The government has made the necessary preparations and plans to transfer ₹1,250 into the bank accounts of 1.25 crore women on Women's Day. However, Chief Minister Mohan Yadav has not made any official announcement yet.
The Ladli Behna Yojana is playing a crucial role in making women self-reliant. If you are a beneficiary of this scheme, make sure to check your bank account between March 8 and March 10. An official confirmation from the government is expected soon.
