The Government of India has launched the PM Internship Scheme 2025, offering young individuals the opportunity to gain hands-on experience by working with top 500 companies across the country for a 12-month internship. Through this scheme, youth can boost their careers and acquire valuable practical skills.

If you wish to benefit from this scheme, you can register until March 31, 2025. The internships will commence from May 2025.

What is the PM Internship Scheme?

The primary aim of this scheme is to provide workplace exposure to youth and prepare them for future employment opportunities. The government plans to offer benefits to 1 crore youth under this scheme over the next five years.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Age Limit: 21 to 24 years
• Educational Qualification: Passed 10th, 12th, or Graduate
• Other Conditions:
  • Applicants should not be engaged in any full-time employment.
  • The annual family income must not exceed ₹8 lakh.
  • Family members of government employees are not eligible.
  • Applicants holding professional degrees such as CA, CMA, CS, MBBS, MBA are not eligible.
  • Candidates who have already completed NATS or NAPS apprenticeship are not eligible.

Benefits of the Scheme:

• Monthly Stipend: ₹6,000
  • ₹5,000 from the Government
  • ₹1,000 from the host company
• Additional Benefits:
  • One-time grant of ₹6,000
  • Insurance coverage
  • Work experience in prestigious companies

• Educational Certificates
• Family Income Certificate

How to Apply:

1. Visit the official website: pminternship.mca.gov.in/login
2. Click on the “Youth Registration” option.
3. Enter the OTP to verify your mobile number.
4. Fill in the required details and upload the necessary documents.
5. Review your application and submit it.
