The Madhya Pradesh government has announced a major update for soybean growers under the Bhavantar Scheme 2025. On 19 November 2025, the state declared a model rate of ₹4,263 per quintal for farmers who sold their soybean produce in government-recognized mandis.
This model rate will be used to calculate the Bhavantar compensation payable to eligible farmers.
The Bhavantar Scheme 2025, launched by the Madhya Pradesh government, aims to ensure that farmers receive at least the Minimum Support Price (MSP) for soybean.
Since 7 November, the state has been releasing a daily model rate to ensure farmers receive fair compensation based on market trends.
The model rate for soybean is calculated based on the average market price over the past 14 days. Since the release of the first rate on 7 November, a steady upward trend has been recorded.
Daily Model Rates Released So Far:
These figures clearly show a consistent improvement in the model rate.
Bhavantar amount payable to farmers:
₹5,328 – ₹4,263 = approx. ₹1,065 per quintal
This means farmers selling soybean on 19 November will receive an additional ₹1,065 per quintal as Bhavantar compensation.
